Kathleen Cobucci
Kathleen Cobucci will be the first to tell you that singing and dancing are her favorite things to do. A lifetime musical learner, including ballet, piano, voice, and guitar, Kathleen trained with the Carnegie Mellon University School of Music, the Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh, the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera institute, the Peabody Institute, and Ballet Nova. She also performed in an international performing arts troop in Pennsylvania, where her love of Irish dance and music was fostered.
Kathleen earned a Bachelors in Science of Nursing from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Science in Women's and Infant health from the University of Maryland. She worked in hospital Labor and Delivery and as an educator in maternal child programs for many years. She is a longtime resident of Falls Church City, where she began taking her three children to Music Together classes. She fell in love with the program, and completed the Music Together teacher training program in 2017. Kathleen's sparkling personality and immense musical talent, along with her magnetic connection to families and children, make her a wonderful leader of Music Together classes.
